Enabling I2C, SPI, UART, ADC, and PWM

In this section we go over enabling different interfaces for use in CircuitPython an Linux. By default all of the interfaces are disabled aside from the main debug UART on the RX and TX pins. This allows all of the pins to be used as GPIO when the peripherals aren’t needed. The Giant Board comes with many device tree overlays pre-installed making it easy to enable one or many new devices. You can edit the file in /boot/uboot/uEnv.txt either on your computer or with the Giant Board booted. There are some common overlays already added but commented out for your convenience.
